About the UnitDescription
A thoughtfully renovated historic home with modern design located right at the top of Main Street.
Two comfortable bedrooms with new queen mattresses, plus a library with a twin bed trundle (2 twin beds.) Outdoor spa hot tub, free and fast dedicated WiFi, fireplace, massage chair, new central A/C and much, much more.
This deluxe luxury vacation rental mountain cottage is the perfect getaway, with every modern convenience and comfort.
The home is located at the top of historic Main Street in Park City. This Old Town property is just right for walking down to Main Street’s shops, galleries, and restaurants. The Old Town Trolley, a free trolley that traverses up and down Main Street, turns around 40 steps from the front door - a bonus for skiers! Skiers can jump on the trolley and ride to the Transit Center, located just off Main Street, where they can board free buses straight to the ski areas. (Buses start running early and run late into the night. The Main Street Trolley starts at 10am.) For those who care not to drive, there are shuttles that will pick up/drop off at the airport and taxis to take you anywhere you’d like to go in town.
Deluxe accommodations: The house is furnished in a style that’s comfortable, luxurious, yet a bit fun and irreverent too - maybe a good way to sum it up would be: 'Hotel Monaco meets Ralph Lauren cottage.' We have retained the original 115-year-old structure and certain interior elements to highlight the historical qualities of this piece of Park City’s once-thriving mining community. We have utilized feng shui principles wherever possible to create a peaceful, cozy environment with modern electrical and plumbing systems. We hope you’ll find everything very comfortable, very functional, and absolutely perfect for your family or traveling companions.
Living Room: The house is luxuriously appointed, with an LCD flat screen TV, Tivo Premiere with Netflix (log in with your account info), cable TV with HBO & Showtime, a DVD player (with DVD collection), a gas fireplace, and leather furnishings. And not to be missed: a new Brookstone massage chair (sure to feel great after an active day outdoors!). There is also an acoustic guitar at the house for those whose idea of a great après ski is a glass of wine and some strumming by the fire. You’ll also find a stereo and a cd collection to set the mood for relaxing, dining, or entertaining.
Bedrooms: Each of the two bedrooms feature queen-sized plush-top beds, antique armoires and dressing tables, down comforters and pillows (alternatives are also available), Bose Wave alarm clock radios (with iPod inputs), all-cotton 500 thread count sateen linens, and upholstered walls to provide a 'sleeping in a cloud' feeling.
Bathrooms: Two bathrooms contain marble floors, bathtubs, designer bath products (by Essential Elements), blow dryers, and all-cotton, super soft towels. The master bath has a jetted tub and a ceiling mounted rainfall shower head.
Library: The Library contains hundreds of books to enjoy, a computer with high speed internet (a private WiFi signal is available throughout the house, also convenient for your own WiFi equipped laptop), laser printer, and a 'pop up' trundle bed - this style trundle bed can be used as two twins or one double-size bed.
Dining: The kitchen and dining room come ready for comfort food meals - hand-painted china and beautiful crystal glassware will make every dinner at home perfectly elegant. A full collection of spices and cooking supplies will make it simple to cook up an après ski meal. (Plan to look at our Park City Guide recommendation list if you’d like to book a private chef or caterer while in town).
New outdoor hot tub/spa: deluxe, powerful tub to soak in after a good day of skiing or hiking.
Telephone service: Free local and long distance (within the US) calls are included. Save charges to your call phone and/or phone cards!
Washer/Dryer: Conveniently located in the house for your use.
Pets: We regret that we are unfortunately not able to host pets.
Parking: The house features one off-street parking spot. There is sometimes additional parking located nearby (ask for details).

Exceptional House in Park City
We cannot say enough positive praise about our stay! The house is lovely, clean, cozy, and absolutely comfortable after a wonderful day of skiing. It's super convenient to Main St. shopping and restaurants -- walking distance from everything on Historic Main St. It's right at the top of Main St. and across from the Trolley, so very easy to get around and a quick trolley ride to the transit station and then a few minutes to Deer Valley by bus or car. The beds are comfy and the showers and bathrooms are modern and clean. Beautifully appointed home, with attention to details. Plus, we loved the hot tub in the back yard. Private and wonderful after a long day of skiing. The owners are a pleasure to work with and super responsive, although we didn't need a thing. Everything was perfect!

The Perfect Place for our first trip to Park City
My husband, two college age kids and I spent a week in this lovely cottage over Spring Break and couldn't have been happier. The house was perfect - just enough room for the 4 of us. The kitchen was well stocked when we arrived, the beds so very comfy (even the trundle in the library passed the test with my 19 year old son!) and the massage chair in the tv room was something we all fought over at the end of a great ski day.
We loved the proximity to town - just a short walk down the hill and a relatively easy walk back up. Each morning we shouldered our skis and walked up towards the mountain 3 blocks to step right onto the ski trails. For those who would rather ride down to the Town LIft, the trolley stops just steps outside the door starting at 10. We were up and down the hill several times a day enjoying the many restaurants and shops in Historic Park City. Beth and Mark are great hosts. We can't wait to return

Fabulous, beautiful and charming
We loved every minute of our stay. The host has created a perfect home away from home. Beautifully decorated, beds comfortable and cozy with lovely soft sheets. The amenities are so great. Not one detail missed. Do not miss this wonderful gem. Enjoy.

Perfect stay in Park City
We stayed with 2 babies and 4 adults in the home and had a great stay. Not much that I could recommend for the owner's to change. The home was great and had a perfect vibe to match the town and the actual structure of the home. The home has a hot tub and a massage chair. At first I thought the massage chair might have been too much, but it was necessary if you spend a full day on the ski slopes. I can't imagine living without that combo now after skiing.
The home had everything you could possibly need for a stay for 2 nights or 20 nights. The proximity to the town is perfect. There isn't much foot traffic and noise in front of the home, but only a couple of blocks away are all the restaurants, bars, and shopping you could ask for in a mountain town. If you are considering the Park City area in general it doesn't get much better than this location. It's also pretty close to Deer Valley if you prefer to ski there but want to be closer to the town amenities. The Park City buses and trolley around town are great and there is a stop just a few steps out of the front door. We had issues with catching the bus often, but we realized it was due to events changing the routes and frequency of the buses.
We highly recommend staying here if you are considering it. Definitely the best value in Park City and it did not disappoint at all.

Great Birthday Trip!!
We came out with friends for a long weekend of skiing and had a blast. Mark and Mary Beth were very responsive and made great suggestions for places to dine and ski. There home, 24 Daly was incredible, from the decorations to the little convenient details, they truly thought of everything. Thank you for making our trip that much better.
