Kaanapali Royal L101
 

At almost 1,900 square feet, this ground-floor condo provides ample room for six guests and offers all the amenities of home. The large lanai, propane grill, proximity to the pool, and an outdoor dining set that comfortably seats six to seven people makes this a perfect spot for those looking for a relaxed stay at a price well below the more crowded beachfront high-rises.
We've enclosed our extended lanai off of the guest bedroom that allows just enough space for a private corner to read or even if needed space enough for an extra futon for a small child. Our existing bedding allows for up to 6 people. There is a King in the master, two twins in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa.
 
Outdoor dining is made easy with our large lanai table with ample seating for 6-7 people. We have a nice propane grill and a dry sink outside for added convenience. You can walk right out the lanai onto a beautifully manicured lawn area. We are located very close to the pool.

Had an awesome stay in this unit!
This condo was great for our family. We wanted to be near the beach, but not pay oceanfront prices. Got that and more with this place. It's just a little walk to a gorgeous beach - we were told by the locals it's one of the best beaches on the island, and I'd believe it. Absolutely, ideal conditions for us adults to lay out, and for the kids to play in the ocean. There was alot to do in this area. Went to do a different restaurant every night. Not bored once. The condo was roomy and very clean. It's been kept up very well. I would definitely recommend staying at this unit, and we'll be looking at coming again next year.

Vacations should always be this much fun!
Our family really enjoyed our stay at your condo. Such a nice quiet place and very well taken care of. It was very nice not missing our on the comforts of home. My husband and I really liked having the golf course and beaches so close. It was just hard to decide which one we wanted to do on any given day. We never really left Kaanapali because it had everything we needed. The Whaler shopping center was an immense surprise. A big hit with my teenaged girls. Thanks for taking such good care of us.
