Just minutes away is  the  town's main Square ,  called the "Jardin " , which is a flat and very easy  walk to its plentiful shops and restaurants that surround it.
The Rosewood Hotel and Spa ,with is world renowned rooftop Luna Bar, takes in a 360-degree view of the mountains and town and it is a" must see " at sunset and is just around the corner. Your front door opens, literally,  to  the lively and lovely Juarez Park across the street . It draws locals and visitors alike to stroll amidst its shady trees and landscape. This location is ideal for those who want to be in the historic Centro and be able to walk easily throughout the town to enjoy the magic of San Miguel . 

The Space:
This newly listed home has 3 stories of living space plus a bougainvillea rooftop garden.  The home has just recently had a renovation and has all the amenities for your comfort including  Wi-Fi , gas fireplaces , coffee makers and robes in each room . There are two new TV's, one in the main living area and one in the master suite that get all of the American channels and games you might not want to miss  via amazon firestick . There are 3 bedrooms all with En suite bathrooms . The main living area boasts a 20 ft cathedral ceiling that opens in every direction to the multiple outdoor spaces. The beautiful custom Cantera fountain and pond is right off of the main living area so that every view is open and takes in the beautiful weather of San Miguel .  The kitchen and dining room and Bedroom 2 are also on this main level.
Bedroom 1 is on the entry level floor and has 2 full size beds that overlooks the park and also opens to a delightful small garden and fountain. 
Bedroom 2 is on the main floor and has a king size bed and overlooks the park 
Bedroom 3 is on the third floor and has a king size bed that functions as the master suite . It also has a large sitting area that looks out onto the park and opens to a large private terrace with garden that overlooks the park . 
The main gathering space seems to be the cozy outdoor living area called the 'sala" just outside the main living area. Early morning coffees,  midday lunches called 'comidas' ,  or evening margaritas all seem to take place around this table and living area! 

The   Staff: 
Patty is our long-time housemaid that takes care of all of your needs. She is happy to prepare your breakfast for you ( be sure and let her know what you will want for the mornings .( It really  helps to let her know the day before  if you want special bakery items to be purchased, fresh fruits or juices ,yogurt, granola,  tamales with your eggs or salsas , etc.  ). She can shop for groceries at your expense , take care of your laundry and iron your shirts if needed. She and her son , Adan, do it all and are there to make your stay a happy one. She is there Monday to Friday ( 9am-3pm) , and Saturday ( 9am -noon) . Patty understands some English and is very easy to communicate with even though she does not speak English . Our long-time gardener , Alphonso , is there 3 times a week after 3pm. He is also very handy and can change light bulbs , or see to it that everything is in order and that windows are clean in addition to keeping plants watered, etc.
