Kick start the day in true Nashvillian style with a hearty breakfast before refueling with barista brewed coffee on Five Points throughout the day. In the evening, wind down with a southern meal and a selection of curated drinks at the Mainstay Restaurant on the first floor.

East Nashville has become one of the Music City’s most-desired areas to live and play. Its low-key vibe and neighborly personality make this community a great place to escape without leaving town. In the early aughts, East Nashville helped put Nashville on the map as a culinary destination with beloved restaurants like Margot Café & Bar and Marche Artisan Foods, a reputation the neighborhood maintains today. Locals frequent the many dive bars, craft cocktail joints, coffee shops, and vintage stores sprinkled throughout the neighborhood.

Please ask us about early checkin or late checkout. We need to check if our cleaners are able to accommodate. If they are, it is a $55 charge.
Please treat my home and things in it as if they were your own. If something breaks or if you stain a sheet or towel, let me know so I can get it taken care of for future guests.
Please do NOT use the towels to remove your make-up or the linen clean-up will get charged to you. Use the provided make-up remover towelettes! If you leave behind any glitter or decorations, we will have to charge an additional $100 cleaning fee. All trash must be thrown away in a trash bag and tied properly and placed in the trash bin. Any loose trash will be charged for clean up.
No smoking inside the house, please! If smoking outside, please throw your cigarette butts away into the trash bin. There is a $500 charge if physical or odor evidence of smoking is found.
Keep the noise level down especially after 10PM and respect my lovely neighbors. There is a $250 Disturbance fee if we get a noise complaint.
For guest's safety, we do not allow any parties, drugs and, of course, illicit activities. We have external cameras to make sure that there are no intruders coming in. If emergency services (police, security) is called, there is a $250 Service fee.
When parking, please do not block the neighbors' driveway and if parking on the street, please follow the street parking rules.
For <30 day stay: Prior to arrival, please let us know if you are bringing a pet as we have to check if it is allowed by the owner. If allowed, it is $35 per night per pet. However, if we find that there are pets brought into the house without telling us, it is $100 per night per pet, so it is definitely better to tell us in advance.
For >30 day stay, it is a $350 initial pet fee and mandatory monthly cleaning.
The listing shows the standard occupancy. Guests that are over and above are charged $10 per person per night, up to the maximum occupancy.
If you require us to come to the property as you are locked out, it is a $50 lockout service fee, plus the parts & labor to replace the key/door, if necessary.
Booking guests must be minimum of 21 years old.
Locals will be reviewed thoroughly to ensure no parties are held, per standards.
Please make sure your vehicle(s) and the place is properly locked up and any of your valuables are not left out to ensure the safety and security of all. We are not responsible for any loss in property.
